TokenCon is just two days away! We hope you're just as excited as us to join nearly 1,000 gamers at Oklahoma's board game convention!
Here are a few logistical notes as we approach the convention:
Location: As a reminder, TokenCon has moved this year to the Reed Convention Center in Midwest city. The address is 5750 Will Rogers Rd, Midwest City, OK 73110. TokenCon will be utilizing the entire second floor of the convention center.
Parking: Free parking is available at the Reed Center.
Registration: Registration will be located at the bottom of the escalator, immediately after entering the Reed Center. Look for the big banner with our mascot, Ken! Registration, along with the game library and gaming areas, will open at 9am Friday.
At registration, you will need either your ID or the QR code sent to you via email. At registration, you will get your badge which will allow you access to the rest of the convention.
Accessibility: TokenCon is located on the second floor of the Reed Center. It can be accessed by escalator or elevator.
Shirt Pick Up: If you pre-ordered shirts, you can pick these up at the TokenCon information table, located at the top of the escalator.
Food & Drink: The hotel will be operating a concession stand at TokenCon, with snacks and lunch options from 11am - 3pm daily. In addition, they will be operating a bar at TokenCon from 6:30pm - 10:30pm Friday and Saturday night.
Attached to the Reed Center is the newly renovated Delta Hotel by Marriott. In the hotel lobby, the restaurant will be open for dinner from 4pm - 11pm nightly. You can access the hotel lobby without going outside through a hallway on the first floor, located near registration.
Schedule: The full online schedule is available here. Physical sign up sheets will not be available for events at the con, with the exception of the state championship tournaments.
Weapons: No weapons of any kind are permitted at TokenCon.
Code of Conduct: Please review our code of conduct and health and safety policy. Violations of the code of conduct are subject to removal without refund.
